DLC Season 1: World Championship Prize Cards

The inaugural Disney Lorcana World Championship, held in June 2025, represented the culmination of the game's first competitive season and brought together just 28 players who had qualified through the North American and European competitive circuits. Unlike the larger DLC Regional and Continental events, the World Championship featured an exceptionally small field and a prize structure built around both participation and individual match wins before culminating in increasingly prestigious rewards for the Top 8, finalists, and champion. Every competitor received an exclusive World Championship promo, while additional Season 1 competitive promos could be earned based on Day 1 performance. For collectors, the event represents the pinnacle of Lorcana's inaugural competitive era, with prizes distributed to one of the smallest and most accomplished player groups in the game's history and culminating in a unique 1/1 card awarded to the first World Champion.

Prize Structure:

• Mickey Mouse - Brave Little Tailor (1/1 Gold Serialized): Awarded exclusively to the World Champion.
• Mickey Mouse - Brave Little Tailor (5/C1, Gold Serialized): Top 8 finishers.
• A Whole New World (10/C1): All 28 participants received a foil copy; players reaching five Day 1 match wins earned an additional copy.
• Baymax - Armored Companion (9/C1): Awarded for reaching four Day 1 match wins.
• Kuzco - Temperamental Emperor (8/C1): Awarded for reaching three Day 1 match wins.
• Rapunzel - Gifted With Healing (4/C1): Awarded for reaching two Day 1 match wins.
• Cinderella - Stouthearted (3/C1): Awarded for reaching one Day 1 match win.

The World Championship differed from the DLC Regional and Continental events because several promos were awarded according to match-win milestones rather than final placement. The Top 2 also received one copy of every Year 1 Challenge Series promo, while the Top 4 received a complete Reign of Jafar set including Enchanted cards. The World Champion received the championship trophy together with the unique 1/1 serialized Mickey Mouse - Brave Little Tailor, making it the ultimate trophy card of Lorcana’s first competitive season.
