Mickey Mouse - True Friend1 / 6

Disney Cruise Promos 2025 (6 cards)

The Disney Lorcana Cruise Promos were introduced in 2025 as a limited series of cards distributed through Disney Cruise Line experiences. The primary release was a five-card pirate-themed collection available aboard select Disney Treasure sailings beginning in August 2025, with each card tied to a different onboard activity, purchase, or Collection Quest. The cards shared a distinctive foil treatment, water-inspired border design, and a special Disney Cruise Line promo symbol, making them immediately recognizable as a cohesive set. A sixth related cruise promo, Mickey Mouse - True Friend, was distributed separately on the August 2025 Disney Vacation Club Member Cruise aboard the Disney Dream, giving it a substantially narrower distribution than the five Treasure cards. Cruise Promos: Mickey Mouse - True Friend (10/P3): Distributed exclusively during the August 2025 Disney Vacation Club Member Cruise aboard the Disney Dream, including through Lorcana presentations and Collection Quest activities.Mickey Mouse - Pirate Captain (13/P3): Distributed aboard the Disney Treasure as part of the ship’s Lorcana experience; early distribution reports indicate copies were delivered to guest staterooms around Pirate Night.Goofy - Expert Shipwright (14/P3): Earned by participating in a scheduled Disney Lorcana meetup or related onboard activity.Donald Duck - Buccaneer (15/P3): Earned by completing the Basic Collection Quest.Daisy Duck - Pirate Captain (16/P3): Earned by completing the more advanced Collection Quest.Minnie Mouse - Pirate Lookout (17/P3): Distributed through an onboard merchandise-related promotion during the Treasure program. The Cruise Promos are notable because obtaining them originally required being aboard a specific Disney sailing and, in most cases, completing particular onboard activities rather than simply purchasing a conventional Lorcana product. The five pirate-themed Treasure promos were available during a limited-time Disney Lorcana experience that ran on select sailings from August 2 through September 27, 2025. The cards were spread across different activities, encouraging guests to participate in the full onboard Lorcana experience to assemble the collection. Mickey Mouse - True Friend stands apart: although it shares the same cruise-promo treatment, it was tied to the Disney Vacation Club Member Cruise on the Disney Dream rather than the broader Treasure program. That narrower distribution has made it more scarce than the others.

Mickey Mouse - Playful Sorcerer1 / 7

Disney D23 Expo 2024 Promos (7 cards)

Released in August 2024 during D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, The Disney Lorcana D23 2024 promos celebrated Lorcana's first anniversary and its close connection to D23, where the game had first been revealed two years earlier. The centerpiece was a six-card D23 Collection sold for $99.99 as a boxed set at D23 and select Disney locations worldwide, featuring one alternate art card representing each of Lorcana’s first six sets. In addition, attendees who visited the Disney Lorcana booth at D23 could receive an event-exclusive Mickey Mouse - Playful Sorcerer (07/D23) promo that was not included in the boxed collection and was not distributed through the participating Disney retail locations. For collectors, that distinction makes the 2024 D23 release effectively a seven-card group, with the six-card anniversary collection serving as the commemorative set and Playful Sorcerer representing the considerably more event-specific D23 promo. Promo Structure: Mickey Mouse - Playful Sorcerer (07/D23): Event-exclusive promo distributed to attendees visiting the Lorcana booth at D23 2024; it was not included in the D23 Collection box or distributed at the other Disney locations carrying the collection.Mickey Mouse - Brave Little Tailor (01/D23): D23 Collection; represents The First Chapter.Cinderella - Stouthearted (02/D23): D23 Collection; represents Rise of the Floodborn.Ursula - Deceiver (03/D23): D23 Collection; represents Into the Inklands.Bruno Madrigal - Undetected Uncle (04/D23): D23 Collection; represents Ursula's Return.Vanellope von Schweetz - Sugar Rush Princess (05/D23): D23 Collection; represents Shimmering Skies.Oswald - The Lucky Rabbit (06/D23): D23 Collection; previewed Azurite Sea before its release. The six-card boxed collection used expanded artwork and premium treatments to create collector-focused versions of existing or upcoming cards, while Playful Sorcerer received its own distinctive treatment, including hot foil elements, a gold-foil name and a unique event promo presentation. Because the boxed collection was available at multiple Disney locations while Playful Sorcerer required attendance at D23 itself, the latter has a notably different distribution history and is arguably the closest 2024 counterpart to the event-exclusive nature of the original 2022 D23 Lorcana promos.

Tinker Bell - Insistent Fairy1 / 5

DLC Season 2: Continental Prize Cards (5 cards)

The 2025-2026 Disney Lorcana Continental Championships represented the championship tier of Lorcana's second competitive season, bringing together players who had earned qualification through Disney Lorcana Challenge events and other qualifying pathways. The North American and European Championships used relatively small, qualification-only fields, with nine rounds of Swiss followed by a cut to the Top 16, and the Top 8 earning invitations to the Season 2 World Championship. As in the inaugural season, the Championships introduced a distinct series of exclusive prize cards whose scarcity increased with competitive achievement. For collectors, these cards represent some of the most significant trophy cards of Season 2. Even the participation promo required reaching the Continental Championship, while the highest-tier cards were awarded only to a handful of the season's most successful players. Prize Structure: Mickey Mouse - Brave Little Tailor (5/C1, Gold Serialized): Top 8 finishers, who also qualified for the Season 2 World Championship.Tinker Bell - Insistent Fairy (14/C2): Top 16 finishers.Headless Horseman - Cursed Rider (13/C2): Top 32 finishers; recipients also received a matching playmat.Down in New Orleans (12/C2): Top 64 finishers; recipients also received a matching playmat.Stand Out (11/C2): Participation in the Continental Championship main event. The Season 2 Continental Championships used a straightforward progression in which each deeper finish unlocked a substantially scarcer prize. The structure culminated at Top 8, where players received a serialized gold Mickey Mouse - Brave Little Tailor and secured a place at the World Championship. Beyond the cards, Top 4 players received a foil Super Rare uncut sheet, the Top 2 received a full foil set including Enchanted and Epic cards, and the champion received an Enchanted foil uncut sheet and the championship trophy.

Mickey Mouse - Brave Little Tailor1 / 6

DLC Season 1: World Championship Prize Cards (6 cards)

The inaugural Disney Lorcana World Championship, held in June 2025, represented the culmination of the game's first competitive season and brought together just 28 players who had qualified through the North American and European competitive circuits. Unlike the larger DLC Regional and Continental events, the World Championship featured an exceptionally small field and a prize structure built around both participation and individual match wins before culminating in increasingly prestigious rewards for the Top 8, finalists, and champion. Every competitor received an exclusive World Championship promo, while additional Season 1 competitive promos could be earned based on Day 1 performance. For collectors, the event represents the pinnacle of Lorcana's inaugural competitive era, with prizes distributed to one of the smallest and most accomplished player groups in the game's history and culminating in a unique 1/1 card awarded to the first World Champion. Prize Structure: Mickey Mouse - Brave Little Tailor (1/1 Gold Serialized): Awarded exclusively to the World Champion.Mickey Mouse - Brave Little Tailor (5/C1, Gold Serialized): Top 8 finishers.A Whole New World (10/C1): All 28 participants received a foil copy; players reaching five Day 1 match wins earned an additional copy.Baymax - Armored Companion (9/C1): Awarded for reaching four Day 1 match wins.Kuzco - Temperamental Emperor (8/C1): Awarded for reaching three Day 1 match wins.Rapunzel - Gifted With Healing (4/C1): Awarded for reaching two Day 1 match wins.Cinderella - Stouthearted (3/C1): Awarded for reaching one Day 1 match win. The World Championship differed from the DLC Regional and Continental events because several promos were awarded according to match-win milestones rather than final placement. The Top 2 also received one copy of every Year 1 Challenge Series promo, while the Top 4 received a complete Reign of Jafar set including Enchanted cards. The World Champion received the championship trophy together with the unique 1/1 serialized Mickey Mouse - Brave Little Tailor, making it the ultimate trophy card of Lorcana’s first competitive season.

Baymax - Armored Companion1 / 5

DLC Season 1: Continental Prize Cards (5 cards)

The 2024-2025 Disney Lorcana Continental Championships represented the next step in the game's inaugural competitive season, bringing together the strongest players from the regional Disney Lorcana Challenge circuit in North America and Europe. Unlike the open-entry regional DLC events, the Continental Championships were qualification-based tournaments, making participation itself a significant competitive achievement. The events featured a new tier of exclusive prize cards, with increasingly scarce promos awarded for advancing deeper into the field and the highest finishers earning qualification to the inaugural World Championship. For collectors, the Continental Championship cards occupy an especially important place in Lorcana's early history because they were distributed to a much smaller and more accomplished player pool, creating a clear hierarchy of trophy cards tied directly to success at the game’s first major championship events. Prize Structure: Mickey Mouse - Brave Little Tailor (5/C1, Gold Serialized): Top 4 finishers.Baymax - Armored Companion (9/C1): Top 8 finishers.Kuzco - Temperamental Emperor (8/C1): Top 16 finishers.Elsa’s Ice Palace - Place of Solitude (7/C1): Top 32 finishers.Invited to the Ball (6/C1): Participation at the Continental Championships. The Continental Championships used a more standardized prize ladder than the regional DLC events, with each increasingly scarce promo tied to a specific finishing threshold. Because entry itself required qualification through the Season 1 competitive circuit, even the participation promo was distributed to a relatively limited group of accomplished players. The Top 8 also earned invitations to the inaugural Disney Lorcana World Championship.

Elsa - Ice Maker1 / 5

DLC Season 2: Regional Prize Cards (5 cards)

The second Disney Lorcana Challenge (or "DLC") season in 2025-2026 expanded on the foundation established in the game's inaugural competitive year, with a broader international circuit and a more developed progression from regional events to championship-level competition. Players competed across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia, with prize and qualification structures adapted in some cases to the size and format of each regional circuit. The season continued to emphasize both participation and competitive achievement, rewarding players at progressively higher performance thresholds while providing pathways to Continentals and ultimately the World Championship. The following cards were awarded at the regional DLC events. Prize Structure: Mickey Mouse - Brave Little Tailor (5/C1, Gold Serialized): Top finishers -- initially Top 8 at larger events and Top 4 at smaller events.Elsa - Ice Maker: Generally Top 32 at larger Challenges / Top 16 at smaller events.Simba - Pride Protector: Generally Top 64 at larger Challenges / Top 32 at smaller events.Mulan - Charging Ahead: Reach a match-win threshold at some events. Essentially Season 2’s first "earned" prize above simple participation, but the exact qualification threshold varied by event and region. In the initial Season 2 prize announcement, Ravensburger described Mulan as a reward for five match wins in the DLC main event, and that five-win structure was used at some events. As the season progressed, however, many DLCs lowered the requirement to three match wins, making Mulan an attainable performance milestone for a much broader group of competitors. Milwaukee and Bologna, for example, explicitly awarded the foil Mulan after three match wins, as did Richmond, Indianapolis, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taipei and São Paulo.Pegasus - Gift for Hercules: Participation at DLC events. Ravensburger scaled the prize thresholds for the top cards to the competitive structure of each region/event. The cards represented roughly comparable tiers of accomplishment, but not necessarily identical numerical finishing positions worldwide. In the large NA/EU DLCs, Simba/Elsa meant Top 64/Top 32; in smaller Asian events, they could represent Top 32/Top 16 or even Top 16/Top 8.

Rapunzel - Gifted with Healing1 / 5

DLC Season 1: Regional Prize Cards (5 cards)

The 2024-2025 Disney Lorcana Challenge (or "DLC") season marked the game's first full year of high-level organized competition, establishing the competitive structure that would define Lorcana's early tournament history. Players competed in large regional DLC events across North America and Europe for invitations to the Continental Championships and, ultimately, the inaugural World Championship. The season also introduced a distinctive series of exclusive prize cards, with increasingly scarce promos awarded for participation and progressively higher finishes. For collectors, the season is especially significant because these cards represent Lorcana's first true competitive "trophy" cards, tying their scarcity and provenance directly to achievement during the game's formative competitive era. Prize Structure: Mickey Mouse - Brave Little Tailor (5/C1, Gold Serialized): Top finishers — initially Top 8 at larger events and Top 4 at smaller events.Rapunzel - Gifted With Healing (4/C1): Generally Top 32 at larger Challenges / Top 16 at smaller events.Cinderella - Stouthearted (3/C1): Generally Top 64 at larger Challenges / Top 32 at smaller events.Let It Go (2/C1): Strong Swiss performance -- roughly Top 128 at the largest events, with the threshold varying by event size.Dragon Fire (1/C1): Participation at DLC events. Prize thresholds changed depending on tournament size. For example, at a 1,025+ player event the gold serialized Mickey could go to Top 8, while at events of 1,024 or fewer it went to Top 4.

This was the beginning. The Mickey was given out at D23 in 2022 and the six other cards were sold as part of a $50 set while supplies lasted. They sold 300 sets per day for three days and they quickly sold out each day. 900 total sets were sold.
